TERMS

You can only vote once. We reserve the right to disqualify votes or suspend voting if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if we consider there has been any attempt to rig the voting. We therefore have the right to substitute the selection method at our absolute discretion.

If for any reason the online voting system fails, a contingency plan will be actioned. This will consist of the overall decision lying with a fresh panel of judges in conjunction with any available original panel judges who drew up the shortlist for the vote. The panel will also have a casting vote in the event of a tie. We cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any online, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
