Tell us about your act in 100 words or less…:

I first wrote music and performed as part of the East by North East project in 2008 and now take part in music projects run by Wellhouse Community Trust in my local community. I have been performing as a solo artist since January 2010 and have played at several local gala days and events. I am influenced by Paolo Nutini and Ronan Keating among others and like to focus on strong melodies and meaningful lyrics when creating music.

Tell us in 50 words or less why your act should play ‘City Sounds:

I am committed to progressing my music to the next level by performing at larger events and to more people. I am willing to take constructive criticism on how to improve from industry professionals and see City Sounds as an excellent opportunity to do this.
